  4. pay particular attention to the instructions for registration on 
  5. the inside cover of the Users' Guide. Our unlimited, free tax and
  6. technical support line is only available to registered users - 
  7. please register ASAP to ensure a prompt service if required.

  12. Registration should take no longer than a couple of minutes of your 
  13. time, and requires you to answer a few questions, such as the make 
  14. and model of your PC. Registration enables us to deal with your 
  15. future calls in a swift efficient manner, and is highly beneficial
  16. to you, the user.

  20. If you are completing a Capital Gains tax calculation with an asset 
  21. disposed of in March / April, you will need the March / April Retail 
  22. Price Index (RPI) figure which is available after the 21st of April 
  23. by telephoning 0171 533 5866 or from www.ons.gov.uk/releases/rpi.htm

  27. The only known problem with TaxCalc 1997-98 is the following :

  29. Some users have reported a problem when printing the basic 8 page 
  30. Return (SA100), using the Print Selection function under Windows 3.1.
  31. The error message reads 'EIntError - Page 2 Top 20 Left 32 Type t'.

  33. If you experience this problem, please ensure Print Manager is enabled.
